Short draft — this will be expanded into the full agreement you sign before any release. By submitting, you confirm you have read and accept the essentials below.
Ownership & rights. You are the creator/owner of the material you submit, or have full permission to submit it, and it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Licence to publish. If your submission is accepted, you grant Groovy Collective a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute and promote it across its platforms (website, YouTube, SoundCloud, social).
You keep ownership. You retain ownership of your work and may release it elsewhere, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Credit & takedown. Accepted work is credited to you, and you may request its removal at any time.
Accurate information. The details you provide are true, and you are authorised to submit on behalf of any collaborators involved.
Editorial decisions. Groovy Collective decides what to publish, and when, at its discretion; submitting does not guarantee acceptance, publication or payment.
Your data. Your contact details are used only to review your submission and to contact you about it.
Formal agreement. A separate written agreement may be required and signed before any public release.
This draft is not legal advice and is not yet a binding contract; the final version will be provided for signature.
